Jaylin Evans Coaching provides mindset and personal development services to high-achieving individuals. Coaching is not therapy, and we do not provide mental health counseling or medical advice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

4. Payments & Refunds

All coaching programs are billed in advance. Due to the personalised nature of coaching, we do not offer refunds once a program has begun. Please refer to your specific coaching agreement for payment terms.

5. Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a session. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

6. Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. We will not disclose any information without your consent, except as required by law or to prevent harm.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (worksheets, recordings, content) remain the intellectual property of Jaylin Evans Coaching and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

8. Disclaimers

Results vary and are not guaranteed. By participating, you acknowledge that transformation depends on your effort, commitment, and willingness to grow.

9. Limitation of Liability

Jaylin Evans Coaching is not liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of our website or coaching services.
